Death Cafe
Every first Thursday of the month, we offer a safe place to explore feelings regarding death, dying, and grief. We share our experiences and support one another over tea and cake. Death Cafe is hosted by Karen Murray and Anthea Grimason, both end-of-life doulas.
Death Cafe is a 20-year-old non-profit organization. Its mission is, “To increase awareness of death and dying and inspire people make the most of their (finite) lives.”

Death Cafe helped me talk about things so difficult for me right now. Everyone was so kind and understanding about what I'm going through. I've made new friends and feel a bit lighter on my journey. I have people to call when I feel sad and lonely.
